Acting Branch Head — Full Operational Command

When both the General Manager (GM) and Assistant Manager were retrenched, I didn't wait for a replacement — I stepped up and ran the entire airfreight branch independently. With no management buffer above me, I took full ownership of everything: P&L accountability, budget planning, vendor procurement, commercial quotations, customer relationships, compliance, and the entire lean operations team.

This wasn't a temporary patch. It was full branch responsibility — the same scope a Branch Manager carries — executed while holding a Supervisor title. Every decision on cost, rates, staffing, and client commitments came through me. The branch continued operating without a single disruption.
